The ReDISCovering Conflict Profile is designed to help individuals understand their conflict management style. The assessment is based on the Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl styles and can be used in conjunction with the ReDISCovering Conflict training program.

The ReDISCovering Conflict Profile reveals an individual’s approach to managing conflict. The report is a valuable addition to the ReDISCovering Conflict training program as personalized sections focus on how the individual manages conflict.

Learners will discover: how they listen and communicate during conflict, when they are likely to avoid conflict and what their excuses for doing so may sound like; their conflict triggers; responses during stress, and how others can constructively deal with this individual during conflict.

The ReDISCovering Conflict Profile also includes an overview of the Chameleon Conflict Model and how each style acts during conflict. Action planning tips and questions are incorporated throughout the report.

If people have already completed the Taking Flight with DISC Profile, there’s no need to take another assessment. The results of that profile feed directly into the ReDISCovering Conflict Profile.
